Natural Baby Doulas

Postpartum Doula Services 

Christina Flaherty, Mary Walt, and Lora Reynolds are our postpartum doulas.  The fee for postpartum doula support is $30 per hour, with a minimum 4 hr commitment from 9am-6pm.  For nights, the fee is $40 per hour with a minimum of an 8 hour commitment.  

 

Postpartum doula support includes:

- Coping strategies for postpartum adjustment

- Newborn sleep information and family sleep solutions

- Infant care information: diapering, bathing, dressing, etc.

- Breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding assistance

- Nutritious snack and meal preparation

- Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, etc.)

- Infant care so parents can sleep and shower

- Nursery and home organization

- Running errands for groceries and baby/mama supplies

- Babywearing and soothing techniques

• Referral to other professionals if needed
